9:30am to 3:30pm - GENERAL MEETING at the First Friends Church in Whittier, California.
POT-LUCK LUNCH - approximately 12:00 noon. For those of you who are "local," please bring some sort of side dish for the pot-luck. The Society will provide a sandwich platter or similar items for the main course. Coffee and table service is also provided.PLEASE RSVP by September 8, and let us know how many, so we know how much food we need. This is also a bit of change from previous years, but we are going to try this approach, as we have more people attending from outside the local area.
BUSINESS MEETING will be before lunch. This is an election year. Nominations will be taken from the floor.
