New versions of the CD will be released periodically as significant amounts of new data are added to the database.
The entire Hadley Society database is also included on this Cd. The database published online is the same with the exception that it has a forced cutoff of 95 years. This means that in order to protect the privacy of living persons, nothing is published online about persons born less than 95 years ago. By contrast, the CD contains any information that has been submitted about current generations. PLEASE consider the wishes of your extended family before submitting information to the Society that may be sensitive or others may not want published.
Pleas note that in order to observe the 95-year rule, we need to have dates! Be sure to include birth dates in the data you submit. If you don't know a date, estimate it based on known events, like marriage date, children's birth dates, etc. Any person whose birth date field is blank may be viewed as publishable by the program.
The Hadley Society is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by information published. We are not equipped to make sure all information is submitted with the consent of those named.
